Three award-winning holiday apartments, amongst the best York has to offer. These luxury self-catering apartments can be rented for weekends, mid-week breaks or longer.

Light and airy and furnished to an extremely high standard, they are spotlessly clean with crisp white linen, soft white towels and complimentary toiletries.

Each sitting room has a digital TV/DVD player, a selection of DVDs, a small library of books, lighting can be adjusted making as bright or subdued as required with the use of table lamps and spotlights in addition to overhead lighting. There is a CD/radio with a few CDs to be enjoyed by guests. Radio/alarm clocks are provided in all the master bedrooms. In addition, No 12 has a television in the larger bedroom. (Not screwed onto a bracket on the wall!) There is free Wi-fi internet access.

Kitchens are modern and equipped with washing/drying machines, microwaves, fridge-freezers and dishwashers. Really sharp knives, heavy based pans and extras that help to make self-catering enjoyable. There is a Sainsburys supermarket across the road.

Bathrooms are modern with baths and over-bath showers

A warm welcome awaits all guests. A tray set for afternoon tea with home baking on arrival. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are always in the apartments as are food items that are annoying to buy in small quantities such as vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and a small selection of herbs and spices. In addition hampers of locally produced foods, celebratory hampers, champagne, hand-made chocolates can always be supplied upon request. Wonderful for a romantic last-minute break away.

It is also reassuring to know that these apartments are personally managed by the owners who have 25 years experience in providing holiday accommodation to visitors to Yorkshire. They are close at hand if needed to help, give advice and both being from North Yorkshire, they can provide local knowledge when needed.
