Bookings made more than six weeks in advance require a payment of £100, the balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. For holidays booked within six weeks, the full balance is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, directly into my bank (details supplied) or by debit/credit card (small charge for credit cards)
If a holiday needs to be cancelled we will try to re-let the apartment and if this is successful and the wole period is re-let the full amount will be refunded, less £25 administration fee. Obviously the more notice we have, the more likely we will be able to do this. If we cannot re-let we will not be able to make a refund. We strongly recommend you have holiday insurance and we can provide you with a suitable form, recommended by the Tourist Board, if required.
If for any reason we have to cancel your holiday we shall refund the full cost of your payment with an extra £25. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival and Departure
You may arrive any time after 2 pm on the day of arrival – arrivals by train or those travelling from overseas can arrive before this and drop off cases until the apartment is ready. In order to maintain our high standards, departure must be by 10 am so that sufficient time is allowed to service and clean the apartments.
There is an allocated parking space for each apartment with the number marked on the floor. A permit, which can be found inside the apartment, must be displayed at all times and left in the apartment upon departure. The loss of a permit will incur a charge of £20.
We regret that Monkbridge Court is not suitable for children under 10 years. Children over 10 must be supervised at all times whilst on the premises.
Monkbridge Court is strictly non-smoking.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind.
Hen and Stag Parties
We do not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.
Each apartment has a maximum number of guests, this must be adhered to.
